The Health Fitness Appraisal application is a tool which evaulates the physical fitness of a patient based on their age, sex, and other parameters. It contains all the patient records in a database, which you can see the statistics to on the right. If logged in, you can also view, edit, or delete the most recent patient on the right side.

In order to add a patient, please click the Add Patient button at the top of the screen, this can be used at anytime to create a new patient. This will allow you to input the basic information and direct you to more specific information when the patient has been created and added to the database.

In order to find an existing patient, please click the Browse Patients button at the top and search for the appropriate patient. Once found you can view the patient (and print out the record), edit the patient's information, or delete the patient.
